Introduction to Meditation

If you have trouble meditating or think that you can’t do it, then this class is for you. There are so many physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits of meditation that have been scientifically proven. Gain all of the benefits with this non-intimidating introduction to meditation practice and take home practical tips and tools to use right away. No experience is required. Classes consist of teachings about meditation, tips for success, as well as a meditation practice.
