His P.T. work now constitutes one of several vehicles he uses in his quest to draw from, and integrate, a variety of approaches, theories, and techniques as needed to help others improve their lives.
My intention is to unlock the full human potential in each of my clients by bringing their physical wellness and metaphysical wellness into harmony.

Jenn Panchalk

Yoga Instructor

Jenn’s experience with alternative modalities began in high school when her father introduced her to self-hypnosis as way to gain confidence. She became curious about nutrition and its role in the human body and wellness during her time in university. At this same time, she was introduced to the concept of Ayurveda. She immediately enrolled in nutrition classes and proceeded to earn a Master’s of Science in Human Nutrition followed by a second BS in Dietetics. This led Jenn to begin exploring meditation and yoga.
After experiencing profound changes in all facets of her life, Jenn made the decision to get certified in yoga and help others realize the amazing healing powers of Eastern and alternative practices. She remains ever-curious and open-minded to new modalities of energy and body healing, most recently exploring mindfulness, reiki, reflexology, and other forms of energy/body work.

Maura Oravik

Front Desk

Maura joined Peace, Love & Zen in August of 2019. She enjoys interacting with clients and engaging in conversations where wellness knowledge can be mutually shared. A lifelong resident of the Pittsburgh area, her hobbies include reading; walking; bicycling; attending concerts and car cruises; and spending time with her beagles. Maura is a strong advocate for animal rescue and shelter pet adoption.

Nicole Behanna

Front Desk

Nicole’s passion in wellness began when she took a job at a loose leaf tea shop in 2012. One of her favorite things about it was learning the different herbs and leaves and how they benefit the body. Inspired by this new world of tea and learning the history and benefits of each type, Nicole began to slowly change to a more health conscious diet to match her newfound tea habit. This journey lead to belly dancing and yoga in 2013. Through her continued journey in the healing arts, Nicole found Peace, Love & Zen. Peace, Love & Zen has been instrumental in assisting Nicole with relaxation and mindfulness.
I find an enormous sense of gratification in helping others relax because I know what it is like to be very much in need of self care and to just sit still and be. I hope to help others find that while I'm here.
